Orders are automatically synchronized in HubSpot.

**Sync of items to be delivered**

This way, you know which items still need to be delivered.

**Sync of HubSpot invoices**

hubSpot invoices are automatically created as sales bookings.

**Sync of HubSpot invoice payments**

When an invoice is paid, it is updated in HubSpot.

Do you want to allow (international) customers to collect easily without procedures, paperwork and invoice them from Exact Online?

Stripe is one of many payment service platforms. Stripe works with dozens of different payment methods, including iDEAL, and over 135 currencies. You can therefore also easily and successfully trade abroad with payment methods that your customers are used to there. But you would like to invoice via Exact Online.

Then use Stripe Connector! Your customers can choose to pay with any payment method, not just a credit card. In addition, you do not first have to send them all kinds of documents to obtain a mandate for direct debit or payment.

The Stripe Connector helps you to collect Exact Online invoices via Stripe. So a customer has left a credit card information. You can collect the invoice via Stripe via the Stripe connector. In addition, the Stripe connector takes care of further administrative actions, such as reconciling the invoice.

This happens as follows:

- Via Stripe you can offer a payment option on your own portal or website where customers can enter their payment details such as bank or credit card number or indicate that they want to pay by direct debit.

- In Exact Online, the payment method for this customer is then converted to 'pay via Stripe'. The settlement is then carried out and collected via Stripe.

- Stripe Connector then delivers the payment in Exact Online and can handle any chargebacks and reversals.

We have listened to our customers' requests! The latest update of the MConnect Connector makes it even easier to automatically process Mollie transactions in Exact Online. Discover how this smart and efficient update saves you time and simplifies your accounting!

In the first version of the connector, transactions, refunds, and chargebacks were registered as to-do items in MConnect. Users had to manually process outstanding items, which sometimes led to discrepancies between Mollie bookings and the records in Exact Online. As a result, we have developed a new update that addresses this issue.

In this new update of the MConnect Connector, all payments, refunds, and chargebacks are automatically recorded in Exact Online, even if they cannot be immediately linked to an invoice. They are booked on a pre-set 'deferred' general ledger account. MConnect ensures that daily checks are performed on transactions that are not yet linked to find a match. MConnect attempts to re-link all outstanding payments and refunds to open bookings daily. Additionally, all bookings are logged with a ‘code’ indicating the type of booking. This way, your records remain up-to-date!

**Update: Our Chargebee Connector Now Includes a HubSpot Integration** 

With our new integration, key subscription data from Chargebee is automatically visible in HubSpot, ensuring that teams are always fully informed without switching between systems. This allows employees to respond to customer inquiries faster and more effectively, with all relevant data directly available on the customer record in HubSpot.

We’ve created a connection between Chargebee and HubSpot, giving you easy access to subscription statuses. This means employees no longer need to switch software or log in separately—they can view subscription data directly in HubSpot. With our update, subscription data such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), status information, and subscription details are automatically synchronized to the customer record in HubSpot. This ensures that employees working in HubSpot always have the most up-to-date and complete information on a customer’s subscription, allowing them to communicate more effectively.
